owadays, Plásticos Bandrés has in its facilities a full range of 19 injection molding machines from 60 to 250 tons, as well as 2 thermoforms with working areas of 500 x 700 mm and 500 x 350 mm. the production process is continuos: 24 hours per day 5 days a week.

The bicolor/bimaterial injection processes and the In Mold Labelling (IML) system are two new technologies that Plásticos Bandrés offers to its customers. This technologies give the chances to:

At Plásticos Bandrés we have programmable robots that carry out the extraction, selection, classification and assembly tasks of the pieces, reducing the number of errors and assuring the highest quality levels.In our insulated rooms we do the injection of the pieces under special conditions of control and hygienic observation. Air filtration, care and cleaning of the production tools, as well as the treatment of the pieces by our personnel, guarantee extremely high demands concerning hygiene issues.

Our commitment is the total control of processes, for this reason we invest in the continuos training of our personnel to be always up to date with newest technological innovations and most recent industry technology, in this way we can achieve even higher quality levels.
